A: Anna Maria Island is located in western Florida on the gulf.  Your vacation destination lies between Tampa and Sarasota.

A: Across the street.

Q: How busy is the street?

A: There are cross walks at the intersection.  It is a very low to moderate traffic residential street.

Q: Does the  rental come with _____?

A: We pride ourselves on running a clean and well stocked rental unit.  There are all the towels, sheets, cookware, and dishes that you could need.  Our units include kitchen utensils, a foreman grill, blender, dishes, wine openers, a free washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet access, screened porch, 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and all the comforts of home.

Q: How long is the minimum stay?

A: Due to Florida laws, the minimum stay in our rentals is a week.
