Thank you for asking me about my vacation rental unit on Anna Maria Island.  I hope that you enjoy our website and looked at the pictures.  Our rental home is a duplex with a one bedroom unit and a two bedroom unit.

We are across the street from the MOST BEAUTIFUL BEACH!

We pride ourselves on running a clean and well stocked rental unit.  There are all the towels, sheets, cookware, and dishes that you could need.

Our units each have all new kitchens with dishwasher, ceramic cook top stove, and side by side refrigerator.  Comfort and style was a big consideration when we were choosing our furnishings.  Our units include a free washer/dryer, cable TV, wireless internet access, screened porch, 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and more.  Our one bedroom unit has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size sofa bed in the living room.  The two bedroom unit has a queen size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds in the other.

You are about to embark on one of the most relaxing vacations of your life.  Anna Maria Island is a beautiful and quiet island.  It has family homes and is not a heavily traveled tourist area.  Anna Maria Island is close to Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater.  These areas offer many exciting activities.  Disney World and Orlando are only about two hours away.  

Anna Maria Island is 25 minutes from the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport and I-75. 45 minutes from the St. Pete-Clearwater Airport 60 minutes from the Tampa International Airport
